Hello!
My name is Lydia Tabor and I’m a dedicated musician, teacher, and singer-songwriter, based in Nashville, Tennessee. I have a degree in K-12 Instrumental Music Education from Appalachian State University and have been teaching music for the past seven years.
I am classically trained in piano, violin, viola, and composition. All my students are provided with a strong foundation in classical technique and music theory, and will also grow in their ability to improvise and compose their own music. My studio is located in Sylvan Park, and I’m currently accepting more students; I’m excited to get to know you and help you develop as a musician!
My heart is to meet beginning musicians where they are and give them the tools and encouragement they need to accomplish their own personal goals. In my lessons I focus on establishing a love for music and creative expression in all students.
